How to Add and Edit Tags in the Collectibles.com

Tags are a great way to organize and categorize your collectibles. With the Collectibles.com website, you can easily create, edit, and assign tags to your items. On the website, you can filter items by tags, create a tag or assign it to an item when adding it for the first time or editing.

Adding a Tag

  1. Open Your Profile
    • Launch the Collectibles.com app on your device.
    • Navigate to your profile by tapping on the profile icon.
  2. Access the Tag Management
    • In your profile, look for the tag icon and tap on it. This will open the tag management section.
  3. Create a New Tag
    • Tap on the option to create a new tag.
    • Enter the name of the tag you wish to create.
    • Save the new tag by tapping on the save or confirm button.

💡Tip: You can also add or remove a tag for individual items when adding a new item or editing an item on the website.

Assigning and Unassigning Tags to Collectibles.com

  1. Open Your Profile
    • Go to your profile by tapping the profile icon in the app.
  2. Access the Tag Management Section
    • Tap on the tag icon to open the tag management section.
  3. Assign a Tag
    • Find the tag you want to assign.
    • Tap on the tag, and then select the items you want to assign the tag to.
    • Confirm the assignment.
  4. Unassign a Tag
    • Tap on the tag you want to unassign.
    • Deselect the items you want to remove the tag from.
    • Confirm the unassignment.


Filtering by Tag on the Website


While you cannot create or edit tags on the Collectibles.com website, you can filter your items by tags. To do this:

  1. Log in to the Collectibles.com Website
  2. Go to Your Collection
    • Navigate to your collection where your items are listed.
  3. Apply a Tag Filter
    • Use the filter options to select and apply the tags you want to filter by.
    • This will display only the items that have been tagged accordingly.
