Understanding the Wallet
The wallet is your digital account on Collectibles.com, where you store funds to purchase Repackz. You can fund it with cryptocurrency (USDC via Solana) and use it to pay instantly without entering payment details every time.
How to Top Up Your Wallet
- Go to your Wallet
- Log in to your Collectibles.com account and open the Wallet section.

- Click on Top Up
- This will display your unique Solana wallet address along with a QR code.

- Copy your wallet address (or scan the QR code)
- Copy the address exactly as shown. This is where you’ll send your USDC.

- Transfer USDC to this address using your preferred method. You can use wallets and exchanges that support USDC on Solana, such as Phantom, MetaMask (with Solana support), Coinbase, Kraken, and others.
Checking Your Wallet Balance
Once funds are sent, refresh your wallet page to see your updated balance. Delays are rare but can happen—if your balance doesn’t update within a few minutes, check the transaction on Solana Explorer to confirm it went through.
Using Wallet Funds
When buying Repackz, you can select your wallet balance as the payment method. The system will automatically deduct the correct amount from your available funds, so make sure your wallet has enough balance before confirming the purchase.

You can also combine payment sources when needed:
- Use wallet balance + bonus balance together by checking "Use Bonus Funds."

- Use credit card + wallet balance + if your wallet doesn’t fully cover the purchase by clicking on the credit card option > check "Use Wallet Funds."> add your credit card information. Your wallet balance will be applied and deducted from the total.
The checkout flow will automatically apply your available balances in the correct order and show you the final amount before you confirm.
Common Errors & Solutions
- Sent funds to the wrong address:
- Funds cannot be recovered if sent incorrectly. Always double-check the address.
- Using unsupported tokens or networks:
- Only USDC via Solana is accepted. Sending other tokens may result in loss.
- Balance not updating:
- Refresh your wallet or check the transaction on Solana Explorer. If issues persist, contact support at support@collectibles.com.
