Common XPR Monthly Subscription Questions

Why didn’t I get perks on my Repackz?

Subscription Perks only apply when you use XPR from your subscription.

If you:

• Paid with cash
• Used non-subscription XPR
• Or mixed payment methods

→ Subscription perks will NOT apply

Why is my buyback lower than expected?

There are two common reasons:

1. You didn’t use subscription XPR

   → Standard buyback (lower %) applies

2. Buyback is based on FMV (not Repackz price)

   → The percentage is applied to the card’s market value, not what you paid

Why didn’t my XPR bonus apply?

The XPR bonus only applies when:

• You open Repackz using subscription XPR

It does NOT apply if:

• You used regular funds
• You used a non-subscription XPR

I have a subscription, so why didn’t I get better odds on all my Repackz?

• Better odds only apply to Repackz opened with subscription XPR

Otherwise, standard odds apply

Why is my selling fee higher than my plan shows?

Lower selling fees only apply to:

• Cards pulled from Repackz opened with subscription XPR

All other cards:

→ Use standard selling fees

Why did my account not get credited with Repackz monthly?

Repackz are not credited monthly to your account.

They are included as:

→ XPR credits that are deposited monthly to use for Repackz purchase
