What Are First Pull Guaranteed Repackz and How Do They Work?

First Pull Guaranteed Repackz give you a risk-free way to start collecting — you're guaranteed to get back at least what you paid.

How It Works

1. Unlock the reward by completing in-app tasks (e.g., adding collectibles, completing your profile, creating a post). Once done, the reward unlocks automatically.
2. Purchase a Repack — choose a $25 or $50 First Pull Guaranteed Repack.
3. Open your pack — you'll receive one card:
   • If it's worth more than you paid, sell it back for 90% of its value.
   • If it's worth equal to or less than what you paid, we'll cover the full purchase price when you sell it back.

FAQ

• Do I have to sell the card back? No, you can keep it if you want to.
• How will I know I've unlocked it? You'll get an in-app notification and it'll appear in your Rewards tab.
• Why does it say "Special prize unavailable"? Our fraud detection may flag unusual activity. Contact support@collectibles.com if you think it's a mistake.
