Understanding the Fields when Adding a Collectible.

When adding a collectible, most categories will have the following fields available:



Images

  • You can upload images of your collectible items to document their collection visually.

Custom Title

  • A unique name for your items will be displayed in your collection, allowing for easy identification and personalization.

Description

  • Additional information about the item. You can include any relevant details that you want to display.

Private Information

  • Price: The amount paid for the item.
  • Purchase Date: The date the item was acquired.
  • Tax and Shipping Information: Any costs associated with acquiring the item.
  • Quantity: The number of units of the item owned.

Visibility and Trading Options

  • Public: You can choose whether the item is visible to others.
  • Open to Trading: You can indicate if they are open to trading the item.

Condition

  • Very Good: The item is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear or aging. It may have very minor defects that are not immediately noticeable.
  • Near Mint: The item is almost perfect, with only slight imperfections that do not detract from its overall appearance. It shows very little wear and is close to its original state.
  • Average: The item shows moderate signs of wear and aging. It may have noticeable defects or damage but remains functional and collectible.
  • Poor: The item is in significantly worn or damaged condition. It may have substantial defects that affect its appearance and functionality but still retains some collectible value.

Tags

  • Keywords or phrases that help categorize and identify the item within the collection.

Private Notes

  • Additional private notes for personal reference.

Product Name

  • The official name of the item (distinct from the custom title.)

Manufacturer

  • The company or entity that produced the item.

Country

  • The country where the item was released.

Release Year

  • The year the item was made available.

Variant

  • Specific variations of the item, if applicable.
